Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Coaching

Coaching sessions can be cancelled provided more than 48 hrs notice is given, sessions cancelled with shorter notice will be charged at the hourly rate.

Blocks of sessions are non-refundable. This allows for deeper work by ensuring commitment to a full block before we begin working together.

Residential Workshops

For workshops I ask for a deposit at the time of booking. Once paid, deposits are not refundable unless someone suitable is found to replace you, in which case your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of £25

The full balance is due 30 clear days before the workshop begins.

For any cancellation made more than 30 days before the workshop your booking (including deposit) can be transferred to another of my workshops within 12 months, to a maximum value of what you have paid, minus £25 administration fee. It is only possible to transfer in this way once. Alternatively your balance payment can be refunded, forfeiting the deposit.

If cancelling within 30 days of the start of the workshop, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Balances for payment plans must still be paid if a workshop is missed in accordance with these terms.

If the workshop is cancelled for any reason you will be refunded in full. Pre-booked travel will not be refunded

Non-residential workshops

Tickets are non-refundable

Tickets cancelled with more than 15 days notice can be transferred if a suitable person is found to take your place (with a £25 administration fee). Alternatively the value of your ticket (minus a £25 administration fee) may be transferred to another of our workshops running within 12 months of the workshop you are cancelling.

Tickets cancelled with less than 15 days notice are non-transferrable.
