You can start your payment plan at any point before the forming seminar. Your plan will become active when you submit this form, with your first payment due the following day and subsequent payments due monthly.
You will still have the option to step out of the training during the seven-day period following the forming seminar. From 21 February 2027, your payment plan becomes non-refundable and you are committed to paying the remaining balance of the training fee.
