The long weekend offers an essential place out of your everyday life in which you can take time and space to discover, strengthen and develop your Sovereign Energy. We have combined many powerful tools in a sequence of tailor made processes that will;
Transform your relationship with each of the archetypes so you can reclaim the full energy of your magician, your lover and your warrior and have them as allies in your life.
Work physically with specifically designed exercises to unlock the archetypal energies held within your body so you can truly embody your kingship.
Find the essence of the king within you and transforming the ways he has been blocked. With a space to be facilitated through shadows and self-limiting patterns as they arise within our circle.
Discovering the true life purpose and mission that arises from the very core of your being.
Build a vision and identify what is necessary for it to be brought into reality, as well as the ongoing needs within your inner emotional kingdom necessary in order to maintain self-leader ship in your life.

About Ed
Believe me, I was not always a leader.
I know just what it is like to be stuck, numb and without feeling. And I also know just how empowering it is to find healing, connection and freedom. That is why this work is so important to me.
My journey with this work started young; in my early 20’s my emotional blocks led me to be debilitated by a chronic illness. At this age, it seemed like the worst thing; it totally destroyed the life I had. With hindsight, it was the catalyst for transformation into a richness of life I never knew was possible.
As I began to engage on a meditative path, I began to realise that I have a unique sensitivity for tuning into the very subtle on a feeling level. For noticing the places which might otherwise be missed; the lost frozen places within each of us which are ever so faintly crying out for love. And for tuning into the environment and resources that are needed for what has been lost to come home
I have spent many years training extensively with various masters, including Stephen Gilligan, Jan Day and Mateo Tabatabai, as well as more formal training (Doctorate in Psychology, Cert in Hypnotherapy, etc).
My facilitation weaves together aspects of tantra and shadow work to guide people to connect with their natural aliveness and resources, so they can be more fully themselves in all aspects of their life.
The Venue
Eden Rise, a beautiful retreat centre, just two miles from Totnes in south Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. With a direct train connection to London the journey time is less than three hours.
Accommodation options
Standard accommodation is in dorms, some upgrades are available to twin or single accommodation. A discount is also available for those who wish to stay in a camper van.
Food
We have a fantastic menu of vegetarian meals prepared by our own chef and a buffet breakfast. Where possible our produce is locally sourced and mostly organic.
Gluten free and vegan options are available free of charge, and other supplementary diets can usually be catered for on request.
Fruit, tea and other snacks are available in break times throughout the day.

Payment is on a sliding scale according to income and ability to pay. We invite you to assess which payment is appropriate for you at this time.

I intentionally offer a sliding scale to make my work accessible to all; higher payments subsidise lower payments and concessions. The invitation is to consider your financial circumstances and decide what amount honours you right now.

Concessionary places are subsidised by men who are able to pay a higher fee on the sliding scale. If you know you want to come on this workshop and the lower tier price is not affordable for you, please send me an email and we can discuss whether there is a way to make this possible.

There are several times within the programme set aside to do process work in the circle, so if you have a particular issue we will encourage you to bring this. However, we will not be offering a set period of time for each man to work, as we have done on some of our previous workshops.

For the work we are doing, it is essential that all participants stay on site. This allows the time and space to discover, strengthen and develop your Sovereign Energy, both individually and as a group. We also have a very full programme!
